If you would like an item in a particular fabric/ colour/ print/ etc please get in touch - I can source all sorts of fabrics I don't have space to hold stock of.

All my items are spot-cleanable with water and a very small amount of mild soap if required. Felt + washing machine or even vigorous hand-washing = bad plan!

All my items come sealed in a cellophane bag inside their parcel packaging. Gift wrapping is available for an extra $2, please see listing in my store - simply add it to your cart before checkout.

I'd really like a *widget*, can you make me one?

Probably! I've never turned down a custom request, so please get in touch and we'll see what we can work out.

All my items are handmade, by me, when you place your order. I am a very small business, and as such do not hold very much in the way of completed stock. This can mean that if I am particularly busy, you may experience a longer than usual processing time. I always send a shipping notification, so you can be assured if you haven't received that notification I have not yet shipped your order.

If you have a particular timeframe in mind for delivery of your order, please let me know when you place your order, as in most cases I can accomodate reasonable requests.
